Shipping & Returns, Privacy Notice, and Conditions of Use Policy



Please be assured that your contact information will remain confidential. We do not sell or share information with anyone. We do not maintain phone numbers on a solicitation list. We respect your privacy.

We will send an E-mail to confirm that we received your request. If you do not receive an E-mail than we may not have received your request. Please call us at 877-258-0563 if you have not received a confirmation E-mail by the end of the following business day.

We usually reply to email price requests within (1) business day. Please call us at 877-258-0563 for even faster service.

We ship within the United States, and selectively to countries outside the US. Please be aware that some electronic items require different voltages in other parts of the world. We may or may not have access to different power configured products for some brands.

Our accepted methods of payment are major credit cards, PayPal, money order, cash, wire transfer and check.

Some of our vendors may have a Minimum Order Amount. If this is the case, we may not be able to place the order for you. Please use our links for Manufacturers Web Pages for each manufacturer's contact & warranty information.

For replacement parts, please contact our manufacturers directly. We do not stock replacement parts.

All orders are shipped Federal Express or U.P.S. Ground Service, unless the items exceed weight or size limits. In this case we will use a freight carrier of the Manufacturers choice.

Orders for In stock items placed before 1pm MST ship same day.  Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped next business day.  Most other items will ship within 1-3 business days.  Contact us for expedited shipping.  Many of our products are special order items. Delivery times for special order items vary depending on availabilitly from our manufacturers.

Estimated shipping costs calculated by our shopping cart may be differenct than actual shipping costs.  When actual shipping costs are more than estimated shipping costs, we reserve the right to charge the additional amount to the buyer.  When actual shipping costs are more than estimated shipping costs, we will contact the buyer before placing the order.

Orders placed after 1pm MST do not qualify for next day shipping.

- The following policies apply to all products unless the product was shipped incorrectly or received damaged or defective:

- Returns must be pre-approved. Call us at 877-258-0563 for a Return Authorization number. No authorization will be given for any reason after 30 days from the date of invoice.

- Any return for reasons other than incorrect shipment, defects, or damage during shipping will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% (percentage may vary depending on manufacturer), or $10.00 whichever is higher.

- All items returned for incorrect shipment, defects, or damage in shipping must be returned with all accessories and original factory packing. Any items sustaining damage while in the possession of the customer will be charged a restocking fee to cover our cost to restore or replace the item depending on damage.

- Customer will be held responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise to us or to the point of origin.

- Returns will be refunded, less restocking fees, within 30 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.


Deftective items can be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund.  After 30 all defective items must be returned to the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warrantee.

A cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to any cancelled credit card orders.

State of Colorado
Sales and use tax for any order we ship within Colorado is 4.1%, 4.75% within Boulder County limits, and 8.25% within Louisville City limits. If you are tax exempt, we must have a completed Colorado State Tax Exemption Form for you on file prior to order entry to not be charged sales tax. You may fax or mail a copy to us prior to placing your order.

Other States
In the event that your order is being drop shipped to you from the manufacturer and the manufacturer resides or conducts business within the state where your order is being shipped, that manufacturer in most cases will charge us sales tax for that state. If we are charged sales tax for your order by the manufacturer, we will add a MISC SERVICE CHARGE to your order to cover this charge. If you hold a sales tax exempt certificate for that state, the manufacturer will still charge us the tax on your order as they are technically selling us the items and we do not hold a sales tax exempt certificate for any state.
